Returns

We accept returns only if there’s a problem with the product you received, such as:

  • Defective or Damaged Items:
    If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return. We will provide a full refund or exchange for the same item, subject to availability.
  • Incorrect Size or Color:
    If you receive an item in the wrong size or color, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return. We will exchange the item for the correct size or color, subject to availability.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only if there’s a problem with the product you received, as outlined above. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at info@hana-studio.com with your order number and details of the issue with the product you received.
  2. Return Authorization:
    Once we receive your email, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipment:
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Inspection:
    Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the issue. If the item is deemed defective or damaged, we will process a refund or exchange as per your request.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item has been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 15 to 20 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
